Hi, Im sydney. this is where my work lives.

I wear many hats here in Peoria IL. But you can find most of them online no matter where you live. It’s my passion to share knowledge and serve moms and babies.

I provide: birth + postpartum doula support, education/workshops, breastfeeding help, newborn care basics, and more.

I take my role as your teacher/support person seriously, so please reach out with any questions as I’d be happy to answer them.

Here’s a lil somethin you should know about me:

I’m not just your herb-lovin’-mom-next-door….

My core mission and soul purpose is to create tools and support for women experiencing the transition into motherhood.

My favorite channel of support is through education. I love teaching live workshops and watching confidence grow in real time. I love hearing your stories and being able to hold space for (very real) fears and concerns.

Honestly, I’m just honored to be in your corner as you prepare for birth.

I am strongly passionate about sharing the tools and knowledge I’ve learned along the way — even if said “tools” are controversial or uncomfortable for others. (Yes, I have been known for primarily supporting plant med-consuming clients!) This is why I also educate birthworkers on subjects that no one else will touch.

My role as a birthworker isn’t to judge. It’s to provide emotional, informational, spiritual, and physical support. Sometimes one — sometimes all — depending on the situation.

So don’t be shy about asking questions or bringing something complex to my door. Come as you are, you’re welcome here.
